Hundreds of revellers are expected to risk Christmas Day arrest by flying freshly unwrapped drones where they should not.

The radio controlled devices have been bestsellers around the country, leaving stores struggling to keep up with demand.

But there are fears customers have no idea there are strict laws surrounding the use of the aircraft – which can legally weigh up to 20 kilos.
